  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup chopped vegetables, shredded cheese
  • Seasoning

You can add shredded chicken or ham too. 

Use a nonstick cooking spray to coat the insides of the pint jar. Add the eggs, the veggies and cheese, and season it with salt and pepper. Mix it well.

Refrigerate it overnight. 

Right before eating, shake the glass mason jar well. Open the lid, cover the jar with a paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes until fully cooked.
