What if I receive broken merchandise?

We ship mostly glass and delicate materials, so despite our EXTRAORDINARY care and cost we invest in preventing this, at the scale we operate it will inevitably happen. The answer is we always replace the broken merchandise and ship it out immediately.


What if I have questions about a product I want to order, or have ordered?

We pride ourselves on being at our customer's disposal, and available as early and often as necessary to ensure extraordinary customer experience.


Who manufactured my product and where was it made?

Most of our products are manufactured right here in the good old US of A. Regardless, we only utilize high-quality manufacturers who have been around for decades. Some of our major manufacturers are Ball, Jarden, Libbey, Anchor Hocking, Choice & more.


What can I put in your jars and glass products?

Most of our glass products are tempered, meaning they can withstand a LOT. We advise keeping cookies, candy, rice and other food store supplies.
